PXT Select Expert Practitioner Certification - LIVE VIRTUAL TRAINING
The Certification for Talent Management Experts, HR Executives, and Decision Makers
Demonstrate an understanding of how the PXT Select assessment fits into an organization’s talent management strategy, and how to successfully implement within your organization.
Demonstrate proficiency using the PXT Select assessment, performance models, and the suite of reports in candidate selection and development.
Demonstrate ability to effectively partner with stakeholders to analyze an organization’s needs and design the most appropriate solution that utilizes the PXT Select solution to make talent decisions with confidence.
Self-paced, online learning paired with a live virtual classroom experience
Three 90-minute live virtual sessions over three weeks
Small-group work and discussions to explore real-life scenarios
A capstone presentation project to synthesize their learnings
A final certification exam
Upon successful completion of the program, participants receive the credential of PXT Select Certified Expert Practitioner
Course (per person)
Commit to three weeks of self-directed and instructor-led work (approximately 2-3 hours per week)
Active participation in all three live sessions (instructor-led)
Satisfactory, on-time completion of all self-directed learning activities
Passing score on the final exam
Be able to access the course from a personal computer and use a cell phone or land line for the live collaborative sessions (Please note: long distance phone charges or fees WILL NOT apply; however, cell phone minutes will be used.)

**This course is delivered over 3 Live Virtual Sessions, access to begin your pre-work begins 7 days prior to Session 1. NOTE: Time Zone is Central Time
A laptop or desktop computer (Mac or PC) is preferred; tablets are not always compatible with course components
A phone line is required for audio in the live sessions. VOIP cannot be supported.
